In the past couple of weeks some or all of our family have caught colds, pink eye, had an emergency dentist exam after nailing a front tooth in a fall, ear infection, hives from antibiotics for said ear infection, strep throat, and this week, a BRUTAL stomach virus that got all four of us.
The last one picked us off one by one, Gavin, then Ethan, then Chris, then finally I was down for the count.
The silver lining, Chris coincidently had rare days off that coincided with the rotavirus' appearance. I didn't have to wash sheets after sheets, hold puke bowls, and comfort two boys in different rooms alone, while sick myself. And as they got sick first, they got better first too.
Here they are at the local pharmacy with Daddy picking up medicine for me.
I think my routine of hand sanitizer for Ethan at preschool pick up isn't cutting it. Do they sell extra strength Flinstones vitamins?
